1. MJS GECKOS will only sell their Leos to responsible pet owners. Before ordering, you must read the Care Sheet.
2. All payments are to be paid via Paypal, cash or cheque. Cash has to be sent special delivery or in person. Cheques and Postal Orders are also accepted. There is a 5 day clearance wait on all payments (apart from cash and postal orders). Bank to Bank Transfers can also be set up.
3. If Paypal is method of payment, then Paypal fees will be administered, which will automatically be administered if you checkout through the website.
(Sales between £1- £1500= 3.4% + 20p)
(Sales between £1500- £6000= 2.9% + 20p)
4. A deposit of £25 is due when a Leo is put 'on hold'. The hold period is generally 1 week, but
other time scales can be arranged. If the full payment has not been made within time scale then your deposit will be lost.
5. Deliveries will be arranged at a convenient time for the buyer. Someone has to be at home to accept delivery. We do not ship outside the UK.
6.Deliveries will be made from Tuesday to Friday only and will be dependent on the weather, there will not be a delivery if it is freezing or below and will deliver when there is milder weather.
7. Deliveries will cost £25 and will be delivered by a Reptile Safe courier.
8. All deliveries will arrive with heat packs and care sheets. Refunds will only apply if Leo is DOA (Dead On Arrival). If this is so, then buyer must contact MJS GECKOS immediately and return the Leo. A replacement will be sent. You could also arrange Reptile Taxi at your own cost.
9. Pick ups can be arranged at convenient time of MJS GECKOS.
10. Loyal customers will get an immediate 5% discount. Customers who order a breeding group will also be offered a discount. If you recommend a friend who purchases, you will also be offered discount on your next purchase.
11. MJS GECKOS will only sell healthy Leos who are feeding, eliminating and shedding well. Leos will be no younger than 6 weeks when sold. MJS Geckos breed temperature sexed Leos but this cannot be 100% reliable.
